How do I get my 25% member discount on product purchases? **Under Construction – Please contact us Toll Free: 866-251-8770  to place all orders until the technical issues to automatic discount are resolved. To receive your discount you MUST first be logged into the member area. Select the order button for product and the 25% discount off the listed price will be displayed in your shopping cart under “price after Options’ with ‘Extended Price”on your order screen. You must be logged into the member area to receive your discount – we are not able to refund the 25% if you forget.

How Do I Cancel My Membership? Please contact us Toll Free: 866-251-8770 or email us at admin@candlestickforum.com. To avoid automatic renewal, you must complete cancellation  before the end of your 30-day membership period.  You’ll have continued access until the end of your current subscription period.

I forgot my password to the member area – No problem. On the right-hand side of our site is the Member Login box. Click the Lost Password? link to retrieve your password. You will first be sent a confirmation link to your email. Click the link and a new password will be sent.

I would like to change my password – You can change your password by clicking on “Membership Details” on the right hand side after you’ve logged in. Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen, enter your new password in (twice) and click Update.

I need to change my email address. Your email address, contact phone number, and physical address are also changed by clicking on “Membership Details” on the right hand side after login.

I do not receive the morning and afternoon comments? Due to increasing efforts by Internet Service Providers to filter SPAM, the twice daily comments may not make it to your inbox. The daily morning and afternoon comments are posted in the Member Area under “Member Market Comments” .

Where do I find my Free Video of the Month? The new Video of the Month changes the first Monday of the month. The current video is linked from the right navigational list “Free Video fo the Month.”
